Blossoms and Bouquets

Unconditional love is a special thing, a gift that springs like a tender blossom from an unusual place to surprise the unsuspecting. And the fragile petals of friendship unfold over time, waiting for the right people and the right moments to make the life of the recipient a bouquet of happiness and acceptance.

And this flower of joy, this treasure I have found blossoms because the sun shines, or it doesn't, because the dew falls, or sometimes rain, too. But mainly your love for others blossoms because, tomorrow unpromised, the gift of yourself only counts for today. To truly give a gift of friendship, one must forget the rewards and the promises of the future. The only way to be happy and to be complete is a beautiful part of today.

Thank you for your love, for your friendship and for giving me the many wonderful todays, memorable and cherished because I have shared them with you.
